HR Assistant

Salary Range: AED 3500 to 4000 per month

Job Description:

As an HR Assistant specializing in Blue Collar Worker Recruitment, you will be responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and selecting blue-collar candidates. The role demands the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment: Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for blue-collar positions.
  2. Job Posting: Draft and post job advertisements for blue-collar roles.
  3. Screening and Shortlisting: Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates.
  4. Coordination: Facilitate interview scheduling and assessments for blue-collar candidates.
  5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
  6. Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new blue-collar hires.
  7. Communication: Maintain effective communication with hiring managers and candidates.
  8. Ability to Work Under Pressure: Demonstrate resilience and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 1-2 years of hands-on experience in blue-collar recruitment.
  3. Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Dubai and the UAE.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
