Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary: We are currently recruiting Quantity Surveyors for our clients in the Gulf construction industry. This role is instrumental in managing project costs and budgets, ensuring the financial success of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers.
• Ensure cost control and adherence to budgets.
• Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier contracts.
• Prepare detailed cost reports and analysis.
• Stay updated on construction cost trends and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Strong knowledge of construction cost management.
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with Gulf region construction practices.
