Waitress – Female

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Present menus, take food and beverage orders, and provide recommendations if requested.
• Ensure accurate and timely order placement with the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and drinks to guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Attend to customer inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and tidy dining area, ensuring tables are promptly cleared and reset.
• Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional customer service.
• Upsell menu items and promote special promotions to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to uphold health standards.
• Assist in cash handling and maintain accurate billing for guests.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent command of English language (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Malayali or Nepali nationality with a presentable appearance.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid work permit or residency visa in the UAE is a plus.
